West End Project

About This Project

Summary

Ultra Property had the pleasure to be involved in a unique project that consisted of renovating three cottages built in the early 1900’s. The client had owned the site for many years and required assistance in getting the project off the ground. Prior to the renovations, the state of the houses were quite run down with many defect issues.

As it was a Council requirement to preserve the original character of each home, part of the renovation process included carefully removing all the damaged cladding from each cottage and restoring them to their former glory.  In addition to the three cottages, the developer was given the approval to construct another four townhouses on the same site and therefore increased the developer’s gross valuation.
