About This Project


This site is located 4km away from the Brisbane CBD and is perched high up on a hill.  Approval has been given for the construction of 5 townhouses all with city views that can never be obstructed.  Before the site was purchased, Ultra Property had consulted an architect and town planner to draw up schematic sketches. The site was purchased with a known issue where the house was protected by DCP (Demolition Control Precinct). However, Ultra Property had the knowledge to overcome this issue and has now successfully been given permission from the local authority to remove the house.
