Development Approval (DA) for this 486m2 site in Toowong was already obtained by the client prior to engaging Ultra Property’s services. DA allowed the existing Queenslander to be raised and shifted, enabling two new three level townhomes to be built.
Ultra Property’s role in this project was to assist the client in obtaining Building Approval and undertake the construction procurement process. A suitable architect for the project was selected from Ultra Property’s team to work in conjunction with the client in order to meet their goals and completion timeframe.
Once preliminary drawings were completed, the client utilised Ultra Property’s Builder Broker service where they had exclusive access to our highly qualified panel of builders. As a result, the build price achieved was 8% lower than other comparable tenders. The project was also completed 6 weeks ahead of schedule.
