Summary

This project in Salisbury was to subdivide a single 810m2 block with a frontage of 20m, into two 405m2 lots.  The site was under contract in late May 2013, with the demolition of the existing house, as well as sewer and water services completed by late November.  Both premium blocks were sold as vacant land for record price
