The site has two street frontages and is located near a major hospital that employs more than 6,000 staff members. The area has a high demand for rental properties and is conveniently located near public transport with easy access to the CBD. Ultra Property provided a free consultation and site investigation, with all compiled information given to the developer to ensure how many dwellings could be built on the site.
